To-Do list robustness

I use the to-do list a lot and would love for it to be a bit more of a fleshed-out feature! Things like one-click clear completed tasks (but still leaving the time blocking on the calendar for reference), allowing for more than one block of time per task (especially in case of interruptions like meetings), and maybe even color coding time blocks?
For context, my job requires reporting hours spent on projects, and being able to use my LifeAt time blocking as a reference point would be very helpful!
Thanks for all y'all do to make a great tool!

to add on ^^ maybe coloured tagged and subsequently coloured tasks displayed on the calendar view - either colour coding by list or an added 'tag'

If you're considering this update, I'd love to have subtasks as well! I mean, as long as we're asking!
Devin (LifeAt)
Theresa Hernandez: Hi! What type of subtask are you thinking, how would you use it in your flow?

Devin (LifeAt): Hey, Devin! I'm thinking of being able to nest tasks under a master task. So if my task list for today has a task that is something like "Draft messaging for new product" it might have subtasks such as research, outline, engineering input, etc. That way, I can check off the subtasks as I complete them, but know where to start tomorrow if the main task rolls over.
I'm big into breaking down my tasks into smaller, manageable chunks to avoid being overwhelmed.

Thank you Alexis H for your thoughtful feedback! We're hoping to help bring some improvements to the To Do list and these are all incredibly helpful directions to look into. :)
