When I try to write in a new task, it’ll force me off of the text box after a second. It doesn’t do that when I use a desktop, only when I’m using an iPad.

Hi there Natalie Tilkes - when you're typing, do you pause? The task will automatically save when it detects typing has paused for a moment and this may be what you're experiencing on the iPad - let me know :)
