We are also getting the error in most spaces we select, And we just made our first monthly payment.

I found out that this does take place within our AWS Workspace, however if I run it from my local instance we are good. Wondering if the other users reporting this are running a internet browsing VPN such as NordVPN or something else. Seems that where ever you may be pulling that content (YouTube etc) appears to be sensitive to false positives regarding IP Origin perhaps. AMZ WorkSpaces is our corporate account so we should be on a healthy subnet. But we tested and that is exactly what it is, running LifeAt via a Virtual Environment and/or a Internet Browsing VPN.

David Safley: Thank you for this reply for our community! This is an instance where this error triggers due to the use of a VPN. This would be our first suggestion for troubleshooting, too.

The spaces aren't playing, and instead just display a grey screen saying that I need to sign in to access them. I am signed in to both my Lifeat and Youtube accounts, so I don't know why this is popping up. It doesn't happen for all spaces, some are still available, but most are affected.
